Jen is a busy Mom to three young children who always strives to balance life, schedules, responsibilities and raising children all while staying in top physical condition and nutritionally sound. Her mission is to help clients enhance their life through physical activity and by promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Being an athlete from childhood, Jen has always included fitness into her lifestyle. In 2006 Jen began following her passion for fitness and nutrition and became a certified trainer with the ISSA. She has since worked in various settings from large gyms to small personal training studios, and has also been a physical education teacher in a private elementary school.
Through these experiences Jen has created programs for a variety of client specific goals such as sporting events and competitions to new moms in their postpartum stage, to the elderly client who is looking to increase their overall health.
In 2012 she became certified to teach group fitness. Certifications include Level 1 Kickboxing from the ISCA, Dragon Door Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified and she is also a R.I.P.P.E.D certified instructor. Along with teaching and personal training she has been an avid figure competitor since 2012 and in 2014 she started training as Raw Powerlifter. She placed 1st in her first powerlifting meet and now holds state records for her weight class.
